These aren’t new interviews, they are from last year, but I just got done listening to them, and think they are pretty good, Svenonius and Mackaye definitely march to the beat of their own drummer.
I doubt many of you West Coasters are aware of this particular DC radio show, Dissonance on Radio CPR 97.5 FM. Each episode features a different guest from the DC punk community who serves as guest DJ, picking the show’s playlist and answering questions. All shows are available via podcast. Get ‘em here.

Thanks for the link; I’m really glad you liked the interviews. Dissonance is a DC-focused radio show, although I’ve hosted non-DC guests, such as Dwid of Clevaland’s Integrity.
Other popular episodes you might want to check out are Travis Morrison of the Dismemberment Plan, John Stabb of G.I., Dante Ferrando of The Black Cat, Chad Clark of Beauty Pill, and the “When Good Punk Goes Bad” showcase. Author Mark Andersen (Dance of Days) is coming on June 12.
