Los Angeles get to know Moccasin

Recently signing with Buddyhead Records and announcing a 12″ split with locals, Darker My Love on the new upstart label I Hate Rock N Roll Records, Denver’s Moccasin will be sure to soon find themselves on the tips of the tongues of those who worship at the church of Dead Meadow and heavy psychedelic rock bands alike.
Formerly going under the monkier, Nightingale, these Denver dudes released a steller debut in the form of a 6-song ep in February 2006 entitled, Last Leaf, which they re-released as Moccasin with 2 bonus tracks later that year in June.
Having yet to tour out to the West Coast, Buddyhead is assuring us that Moccasin will be soon announcing some Los Angeles dates. I can’t wait. I bet they will be loud as hell live.
