News Bytes Twitter Next Week’s New Releases
Based out of Sunset Beach, CA, RTX have been making the musical landscape of OC and SOCAL a lot kooler since settling here in 2004. Of course this “Career of Evil” started way back when and Jennifer Herrema has seen her share of accolades and accomplishments. Nevertheless, we here at Inflight at Night are proud to be the ones to announce that RTX will be spreading the stoke across the pond this holiday season as part of the NME Rock and Riot Tour as main support for Primal Scream. If you are like me, you can clearly see that this is a match that was simply meant to be. Here’s what Bobby Gillespie has to say via the wire:
“We are proud to announce that RTX are gonna join us on our forthcoming tour of the U.K. For those of you who don’t know, RTX are the new band from Jennifer Herrema from Royal Trux. I’ve been a fan of both bands for years. They ROCK like fuck”
Joining this ROCK and ROLL ORGY will be openers Cristine, which is the new band from Douglas Hart of Jesus and the Mary Chain.
RTX will also be playing off dates…people with frequent flyer miles to spare are encouraged to get in touch.;)
